Frank Sites is the founder of Sites Retirement Solutions and an independent financial advisor with more than four decades of experience. He specializes in working with small business owners and professionals who are often caught up in the day-to-day tasks of managing their business and don’t have the time to focus on their personal financial and retirement strategies. Frank’s goal is to serve as a trusted partner that clients can rely on for objective advice and personalized recommendations.
Upon graduating Willamette University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance, Frank began a career in accounting before transitioning into the insurance industry, first working in computer systems before shifting into sales. While he enjoyed the world of insurance (and would eventually receive the Chartered Life Underwriter® designation - the highest level designation available in the life insurance profession) he had an urge to serve clients in a wider capacity. After nearly a decade of experience in insurance, he attained securities registrations 6, 7, and 65, and formed his own independent financial services firm, blending investments and insurance. Today, Frank offers a suite of services to business owners and professionals, from business succession planning strategies to legacy planning.
Frank is a member and past president of his Rotary Club and is past president of the CLU Society. He resides in Santa Rosa, California with his wife of nearly 50 years, Karen, who is a local real estate agent. When they are not spending time with their three children and eight grandchildren, Frank and Karen enjoy golfing, dancing, and traveling (especially to Denmark, Karen’s home country). When he has the time, Frank also enjoys a good game on the courts playing tennis and at the card table playing bridge.
